Rolling Agenda
This rolling agenda documents the EDU T127 team’s collaborative workflow in designing a professional development (PD) program for in-service teachers under the Teaching and Learning Lab Practicum. Across September to early October 2025, the team—Shutong Liu, Hassan Ahmed, Taylor Yao, and Katrina Kim—systematically organized weekly meetings to plan, conduct, and analyze teacher interviews; build learner personas; and create a database of 50 real classroom challenges aligned with How People Learn (HPL) principles. The notes reflect an iterative design process that evolved from data collection and inclusivity discussions to mapping HPL content to authentic teacher cases. Core goals included integrating AI for personalization, ensuring representation of international educators, and aligning practical insights with HPL theory. The document also captures team logistics (roles, schedules, next steps, and linked resources) that collectively scaffolded the development of an evidence-based, globally relevant PD prototype.
